Is DrawLogic the same tool Terra Development uses?

Yes. Terra Development runs on DrawLogic as its first tenant — "Terra Development, powered by DrawLogic." The same engine is available to other lenders, developers, and builders.

Do you replace our pay-app process?

No — DrawLogic works from your G702/G703 pay application. Import the file and it pre-fills; the field walk and validation happen on top of the process you already run.

How do the automatic lien waivers work?

Parties sign a master agreement once at project setup. At certification, conditional and unconditional waivers auto-populate and sign; the unconditional takes effect when payment releases. Statutory forms vary by state — that's handled per jurisdiction.

How fast can we start?

What does it cost?

Two simple ways: the fee is paid when each oversight report is submitted, or it's auto-paid monthly — whichever fits how you work. Capture-at-draw (collecting when the draw funds) is available too, but never required. Transparent, no quote-gating.
